Bergstrom designed and built the entire electrical system for this impressive 6,500 square foot home and included such features as a Leviton dimming system with multiple keypad locations, low voltage lighting on the stairway and rope lighting on the bathroom vanities that operate off of motion sensors, and numerous high-end fixtures throughout.

Each of the 28 living units in this 65,000 square foot upscale living accomodation has a unique layout and electrical design. Bergstrom completed the design and construction of the electrical system for the entire building, including a full security system, underground heated parking, and a community room with full kitchen and bar.

The 70 townhome units in this development range in size from 1000 to 1300 square feet. Bergstrom provided a basic electrical design for each unit and then met with each owner when the unit was sold to redraft the design to meet their specific needs. All of the units have unique light fixtures, chosen by the owners.
